Agstar get together on the Coos River

Well it took four boats heavily armed , in pursuit of the Coos Chinook to get these boys from Agstar rolling , what a great group , for two days we switched boats , changed things up , battled some fierce winds , almost got rained on, and we had fog , to so much Sun it felt like Texas, not bad for the Oregon Coast in September. Well all bets off the winner of the derby had a 24 1/2 # Coos River Chinook, good job Russell . We had plenty of fish , but the boats were finding some light bites , and short takes , and some you could not get the Rod out of the rod holder, so it boiled down to 13 guys with 8 fish the first day , and 8 the second for 16 fish, hats off to you guys gentleman all the way what a great organization , and also a wonderful group to fish, we will see these boys again , on another Fishing with the Boss adventure I'm sure, thanks to my boatman Russel McCall, Lynn Hescock and Allen Metcalf, hats off to you and thanks again.
